1. About Us

Kevs Discounts is a UK-based discount retailer supplying quality clothing and everyday essentials at affordable prices.
We trade both online and at local markets across Somerset, including Cheddar Market.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

2. Ordering Online

When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted once payment has cleared and we’ve confirmed dispatch or collection availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable.

3. Payment

All online payments are processed securely. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment provider. No payment details are stored by Kevs Discounts.

Market stall purchases are accepted by cash or card depending on location and availability of card facilities.

4. Prices

We work hard to keep our prices low and accurate. However, prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

Prices at our market stall may differ slightly from our online store due to special promotions, local deals, or stock differences.

5. Delivery Options

We offer several delivery and collection choices:

• Local Delivery (within ~20 miles of Burnham-on-Sea)
  Free on orders over £30, or £10 for smaller orders.

• National UK Delivery
  £5 flat rate, or free on orders over £100.

• Sunday Market Collection (Cheddar Market, 6am–2pm)
  Free to collect. Orders over £30 receive a 10% Market Bonus, redeemable on any extra product at the stall.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Market stall purchases: Please check items before buying, as returns are only accepted for faulty goods.

• Online purchases: You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned goods.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Market Promotions

Special offers, discounts, or multi-buy deals available at our market stall may not always be available online - and vice versa. Our 10% Market Bonus is available only for qualifying collection orders (£30+) and must be redeemed in person on the day of collection.

9. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if necessary (for example, if packaging or colours differ slightly).

10. Liability

Kevs Discounts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, website, or market sales. All items are intended for general consumer use unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal details collected through our website are used solely for order processing and customer communication.
We never share or sell your data to third parties.
