RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with every purchase from Kevs Discounts, whether you shop online or at our market stall.

🛒 Market Stall Purchases

Please check items carefully before buying, as returns and exchanges at our market stall are only accepted for faulty goods.
If a product is faulty, please return it within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment, and we’ll happily exchange or refund it.

💻 Online Purchases

If you order through our website, you have a 14-day return window (from the day you receive your order) to request a refund or exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In a resellable condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

🚚 How to Return

  1. Email kevsdiscounts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

  3. Repackage the item securely and return it to us.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

⚙️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

🧾 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Socks removed from packaging

  • Any worn or washed items
